Hi! I'm Mia, and I started Mae'd Moments because I believe weddings are celebrations meant to reflect your love story. I plan for couples who question tradition, embrace authenticity, and, most importantly, love each other unapologetically.

The wedding world can be daunting, and my goal is to take that burden off your shoulders as your personal wedding liaison. Whether it's coordination or planning, you can feel assured that every detail of your wedding will be executed with the utmost precision and care.

Before weddings, I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from KSU (go Owls!). Sociology is truly my passion, and I use my degree every day in the wedding industry.

After college, I pursued a career as a guest experience manager at an upscale clothing brand. It was at this job that I discovered I had a particular knack for project coordination and client management. That’s when I started looking at our store’s bridal department and began to wonder: “Could I have the best of both worlds?”

I cold-emailed some local planners and started shadowing weddings. In a few short months, I had assisted at over 30 weddings and was working part-time for two wedding venues. In 2025, I decided to fully commit to event planning, and I have been in love ever since!
